Meet Elinor Honigstein, head of Israeli Connections. Through a wide
range of events from Hebrew sing-alongs to renowned speakers such as
Ehud Barak, Israel’s most decorated soldier, she aims to do just
that. When I Interviewed her at JW3 she was winding down the
celebration for Israel’s 70th Independence day party. An event of
